Most of our products are sewn in house and require some time to create. While we make every effort to ship in a timely manner, please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill a pillow cover order and issue a tracking number. Click Here for more information.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 days after receiving your product(s) to initiate a return and 7 days after it's initiated to ship it to be eligible for a return.

As long as the item is unwashed, and in original condition, we offer free returns for store credit. All handling fees will be refunded to your store credit amount after your return is approved.

For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $15.00 will apply to all orders under $300. For orders $300 and over being returned, an additional restocking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount, for a total of $35.00 in fees.

PLEASE NOTE:This additional restocking fee is applied to orders where the return amount is $300 and over. If your return amount is under the $300, your fee will be adjusted to the $15.00 handling fee prior to your return being processed.
